I'm a data analyst based in Newcastle, recently completing my Master's in Business Analytics at Northumbria University (Merit, 2025). My background spans both computer engineering and business intelligence, giving me the technical depth and commercial awareness to work across the full data pipeline.
At Ketto Online Ventures, I built dashboards from scratch, automated reporting workflows, and worked directly with operations leadership to act on insights during high-pressure periods. I'm at home in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau — and I care about making outputs that are genuinely useful, not just pretty.

Built an end-to-end machine learning pipeline in Python to predict customer churn, achieving 87% accuracy. Included data cleaning, feature engineering, and model comparison across Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, and Random Forest — with final presentation to academic reviewers.
Analysed 21,000+ property sales records to build a regression model predicting house prices. Performed univariate & bivariate EDA, Pearson correlation heatmaps, chi-square tests, and trained Linear Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, and SVR models — with Random Forest achieving the best performance.
Analysed login logs, sales orders, and order items across 2021–2022 for an e-commerce platform. Used SQL to track daily login trends, conversion rates, revenue growth by user, and order status breakdowns — delivering a PowerPoint report and Excel dashboard for business stakeholders.
Built a comprehensive Excel-based sales dashboard consolidating data across multiple dimensions — product categories, time periods, and regions. Designed for non-technical users with interactive filters and KPI summary cards.
Designed an end-to-end Power BI dashboard integrating 3 data sources to visualise supply chain performance metrics. Applied ETL transformations and DAX measures for dynamic, drill-through reporting.
Replaced manual reporting across 4+ teams with an automated Excel-based suite with built-in data validation checks. Reduced reporting overhead by ~3 hours/week and improved cross-team comparability of operational metrics.
